Instant Pot Italian Creamy Chicken Pasta (8 points)

Ingredients:
2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
16 oz. box whole wheat penne pasta
3 cups chicken stock (or water)
2 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced 
2 Tbsp. Italian seasonings
1 cup low-fat part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup low-fat cream cheese

Instructions:
Add pasta to the bottom so that it will be fully coated by liquid.  

Add remaining ingredients except for cheeses.  

Place lid and set to seal.  Cook on high pressure using the MANUAL function for 10 minutes. 

Once pressure has released, remove the lid and stir in cream cheese until well combined and melted.

Add mozzarella cheese over the top.
